Osmo Polyx Hard Wax Oil 3043 Satin

Osmo Polyx-Oil 3043 Clear Satin is a variation of 3054 developed for the North American market. The formulation has a bit more solvent to make application even easier. One of the main differences between Polyx 3043 and Polyx 3054 is that 3043 can be applied with a roller in addition to the typical buffing pad, Bear Tex white pad or lint-free cloth.

Like all the Polyx Oils, 3043 is great as a floor finish and also popular for furniture finishing. Polyx-Oils are made of natural oils (sunflower, soybean and thistle) and waxes (carnauba and candelilla) plus a bit of low-odor, benzene-free solvent. Polyx-Oils leave the wood micro-porous and breathing, which enables the finish to perform well even in conditions of high humidity. Polyx-Oil offers very robust resistance to water and dirt and whatever liquids you can throw at its surface – coffee, red wine, tea, soda, grape juice, milk, etc.
